I’m Home!

I had a great time at the Saint Paul Art Crawl and at the Northrup King Building’s Art Attack, but I am also just fine with my paintings coming home where they were born and where they look beautiful! My great friend Mary E told me once, “Always paint what u love, cuz if it doesn’t sell make sure u would be pleased to have it hanging on your wall. I love these paintings, so I am okay with that. I also love the ones that sold and am happy about that, don’t get me wrong! But I welcome these with loving arms. Now to get ready for the holiday show and Winter Carnival……

NKB Art Attack – Day 2

IMG-4770

Here hanging out on the third floor of the Northrup King Building outside Studio Pintura’s North Light Studio #350. It is day 2 and there has been a lot of traffic. We are open today until 8pm and Sunday 5-10. On Day 1, great friends came and crossed the mighty Mississippi River to support me and my art. Thanks to Gia, Sally, Amy, Tammy, Jenni, Anna, and of course my constant love, Greg. The rain, sleet, and cold was a tough Friday night sell, but people came out to feast on some creativity. I have to say that I love the artists who inhabit the studios and  am inspired by their works.  It is always fun to be surrounded by those who share your passion and love of the creative life.IMG-4781
